The 2009 CTS-V is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sedan, available in one trim only, the 6.2L SFI. Upon introduction, the CTS-V is equipped with a standard 6.2-liter, V8, 556-horsepower, supercharged engine. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional. The 2009 CTS-V is redesigned for 2009.
