It is an abomination that the shiny, stiff leather on the Jaguar XK's steering wheel resembles urethane more than it does cow hide. We also think the plastic on the exterior mirror housing is glossy and cheap-looking, that the control stalks feel too flimsy and fragile, and take issue with the plastic silver trim on the doors where there should be real metal. Otherwise, Jag slathers the XK's cabin in sumptuous leather, genuine aluminum trim, thick carpeting, and rich fabrics.
