The John Cooper Works (JCW) package is a pricey add-on that bumps power output on any Mini Cooper S. But this new GP kit, which stands for Grand Prix and debuted at the 2006 New York Auto Show, doesn’t turn a Cooper into a flabby Pontiac rental car.
